Hello, we are a new Young Adult Ministry named Caritas, at Our Lady of Peace Korean Catholic Center, Irvine, CA! Caritas was born from the gathering of the Korean-speaking group, Felice, and English-speaking young adults at our church. Because we young adults are children of God and disciples of Jesus, we chose our name “Caritas” in order to grow as a community, under guidance of the Holy Spirit, that follows Jesus’s example of love and sacrifice. We have two meetings each month after Sunday 11am mass where we reflect on the gospel readings and the catechism of our church. Also, once a month, we attend Eucharistic Adoration to build our faith. Any adult who is not married is welcome to join.
